Initially to secure the booking a deposit of 10% is payable to AED Images which will be deducted from the balance due. Upon receiving payment we (AED Images) will confirm receipt of the payment by sending you (the client) a receipt stating the amount and services booked, this receipt acts as confirmation of the booking and full details of the wedding date will be included.

The client agrees to pay the full amount (outstanding balance) of the basic package before the date of the wedding. AED Images accept payment in the following format if desired;
3 months prior to wedding - 40%,
2 months prior to wedding - 40%,
1 month prior to wedding - 10%.

Cancellation terms - The 10% deposit is non-refundable, cancellation of the contract by the client up to 6 months before the wedding date incurs a charge of 30% of the total fee, cancellation of the contract up to 3 months before the wedding incurs a charge of 50% of the total fee, cancellation of the contract up to 1 month prior to the wedding date incurs a charge of 100% of the fee to cover AED Images against loss of earnings. All cancellations must be in writing and sent recorded delivery.

AED Images responsibilities - AED Images will provide the client with 2 photographers, Alan Williams and Ewan Cameron, to
photograph their wedding day, should either photographer be unable to attend the wedding due to illness or unforeseen
circumstances we will undertake wherever possible to hire another photographer/s at our own expense. We will provide the client with an online gallery of their photographs to choose any prints/products you may wish to purchase. We endeavour to photograph as much of the wedding day as possible but there are circumstances beyond our control for which we cannot be held responsible, i.e. in some churches/chapels we may be prevented by the minister/priest from photographing certain parts of the ceremony or our view may be restricted.

Image ownership - AED Images retain full copyright of all images and are free to use any desired photographs for our web site,
marketing material, or sale to third parties i.e. wedding magazines. The client may if desired purchase a disc of images with a print license which allows duplication of the images to suit the clients needs but in no way waves our ownership of copyright.

Products - All prints, albums, and other products are quoted as approximate and as such the client should wait to receive
their packages before ordering frames etc.
